2014, my review of the year!

Well, 2014 . . . what a blinder! 85 weddings supplied & nearly 7000 invitations made (as well as all the coordinating goodies) - no wonder it seemed like we didn't stop!  Each and every one of my lovely clients have been an absolute delight to work with, thank you. The Welsh National Wedding Awards 2013: Short Listed!

Wow, I am a little speechless and soooo excited to see this letter this morning.  Shortlisted to the top five suppliers of wedding stationery for my region (south & central Wales).

HUGE thanks to everyone who has voted for me, you are amazing, every single one of you :-)

Now, I have to sit tight and wait for the judges final decision - oh and go on a MAJOR shopping spree to find a new frock for the awards ceremony!! *runs off to find credit card that has suitable spending limit*

another new collection for 2012

Our last new collection (for the time being!) for 2012 has been launched on the website today.  It's called Lace and it's got a wonderful vintage feel to it . . .

It has layers of vintage style floral lace and contrasting coloured cards, finished with a choice of authentic sparkling swarovski crystals or crystal pearls.  Another one for those brides seeking a pretty, romantic, vintage feel for their wedding stationery set.

We've uploaded the second of our brand new collections for 2012 onto the website today.  This one is called Snow and it looks like this . . .

It features a delicate snowflake print in a range of pretty pastel colours,  finished with shimmering organza ribbon and a sprinkling of super sparkly swarovski crystals.  It's perfect for a winter wedding with an icy, frosty theme.  The range of print, ribbons, card and crystals available gives over 1200 different combinations (and that's just the standard range!), so there should be something to match every colour scheme.

Save the date cards can be sent out as soon as you have booked the big day, often a year or more in advance!   Especially useful if you are getting married in the height of the holiday season. Just make sure that whoever you send them to makes it on to your final guest list. 

We've also added one of our popular Luggage Label tags to the Shabby Rose collection

Luggage labels are great, versatile little cards.  Use them as save the date cards, informal invitations (perhaps for a hen night or engagement party), place cards, individual menus and even thank you cards.  The one pictured here doubles up as a menu and place card in one.

To kick off 2011 we have launched two brand new collections on the website today - Baroque and Shabby Rose.

 The Baroque Collection

Baroque is a regal and luxurious collection featuring a very subtle damask print with a stunning pearl and crystal heart shaped cluster.  Our Damask collection has been popular for a couple of years now, and this is a fresh, slightly softer, more romantic take on it.  The pattern is so subtle it's barely there allowing the glittering heart cluster to shine in all it's glory, flanked by two swarovski crystal stones.

It's available in a number of colour combinations on both textured and pearlescent board.

The Shabby Rose Collection

Shabby Rose is a beautiful combination of vintage roses, cotton lace and pearly buttons.  The collection embraces the shabby chic trend completely and creates a feeling of old fashioned romance, with all the text set in an old fashioned typewriter style.  Shabby Rose would be the perfect choice if you are planning a vintage themed celebration, perhaps with afternoon tea or a picnic.  It conjures up pictures of mismatched china, cake stands, vintage table linen, and blush tea roses.  It's available in a range of subtle pastel shades on both textured and pearlescent board.
